Moving Users

Are there any ramifications involved with moving users between OU's within the same domain other than group policies? We're running server 2003 and I'm reorganizing our active directory because its a mess and I just wanted to confirm that there isn't anything I'm missing when I create new OU's and move user accounts into them other than group policies. Thank in advance.

Only if the groups have been used for assigning permissions to resources.

Even if groups had been used.. if there are no group policies applied adn you are just moving users from OU to OU then group membership is a non factor

The only problem you should run into are if group policies are applied

That's what I thought but I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something obvious that was going to cause problem. Thanks for the responses.
