It might've gotten reverted.neither explorer.exe, nor explorer.exe.mui has any effect & about file protection, no ! my files are changed right now & nothing is happening !i'm cofused, there must be a way to do this !

Your using an english system?any arabic user, if using xp or vista (en-us edition) has to enable arabic support so that windows or any program installed can use arabicso, if u enabled arabic support, yes while using the english GUI, u can have an arabic word or even a phrase instead of "Start"this apllies to any language other than arabic too regards
