Crap Resolution , No Sound lol help !

, hi there i just finished installing the longhorn 4029 build .. running into slight problems though ., i have a nvidia geforce , earlier i installed geforce drivers for windows 2000/XP , however this just turned my screen to basic 8bit colours and it looked filthy , ive looked around on screenshots and ive seen you all have great resolutions , i need some driver links to ones that may happen to run on longhorn ? .. has anyone else run into this problem or is it just me , also having trouble finding working sound drivers ... could i simply download xp drivers and use them ? .. i need to be pointed in the right direction , or imm gonna be stuck with this 800x600 res and no sound lol .. thankyou for any help . IMO, I think it's somewhat a no-surprise situation that Longhorn doesn't support some pieces of hardware, with or without latest drivers, since it's still in ALPHA phase.

It's my idea that Longhorn ahould be installed to have an idea about what is Longhorn going to be, not as an everyday OS.

It will be final in more than a year.

, eheh yea i know but i know people with the same specs as me and theres have worked perfectly , im trying to just know which drivers to install . werether they are windows Xp or windows ME im not sure , but they still must work seeing as everything registers longhorn as windows XP , it even has the same help ect to it. i know that its not going to be a decent running OS , but i still want to know how i can get sound + resolutions like several people on this board have . thankyou , need more reply's lol . From what I saw, Longhorn seems to behave like XP, so Windows XP drivers may work, but I make no warranty...
