Support for WindowsPowershell 1.0

Hello,

according to the changelog (http://hfslip.org/changelog.html) Windows Powershell is supported starting from hfslip 1.2.0. But this package has the KB number 926139 only for the English version. For localized versions this is 926140. Is it possible to change that in the script so the non-English installers are supported too? Thanks!
