b0r3d Posted September 18, 2003 Posted September 18, 2003 basically, the uxtheme.dll allows you to use themes that arent officially supported by microsoft, without using any other third party programs.By replacing your uxtheme.dll on your CD, it means you are able to load new themes in with your XP install.
