thunderbird customizeing

does any one know how, or any small guides on making custom themes for thunderbird ? i wanna toy with the gfx alittle in it to see what kinda theme i could whip up,

They refer mostly to firefox but you can easily figure out the differences between FF and TB themes (if they exists at all)
