:} This might seem like a dumb question, but since I don't know the answer, maybe not. Anyway does WinXP save a copy of Hotfixes and Updates on your PC that can be used for a later install or slipstream\batch file? If not can a person get them on CD, that is after SP2? Appreciate any help. I am on a VERY slow rural dialup and redownloading them all is not something I want to do. :(:(:(

If you downloaded them from Windows/Microsoft Update, the extracted hotfixes can be found in %systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution\Download and they can be installed by running update.exe in the update sub-dir for each hotfix.

NOTE: There are a few useless files that get extracted to each hotfix' directory, but you can just ignore them if you're not sure which ones they are.
