Muppet Hunter Posted December 4, 2006 Posted December 4, 2006 I've used nLite for the past 18 months and everything has more or less gone smoothly. But with v1.2.1 I get the Stop 0x0000007b Inaccessible Boot error on the first boot after setup. I tried searching the ms kb articles but nothing worked. Same error on W2k3 SP1 and SP2. Tried unplugging Promise Ultra66 and using mobo IDE port, same error though.I searched on here and changed the service config to defaults, didn't integrate any drivers at all (the Ultra66 has a native driver) and kept all scsi drivers instead of removing them. I booted up, got to the partitioning stage, enter to setup on c:, checking disk... then it says that it can't find my setup files and prompts me to copy them to the hard drive if all else fails. Wierd Anyway, I'm only removing the extra removal options that are there since v1.0.1. Last sessions attached. If there's anything obvious which I've overlooked to do, then please let me know.Last_Session_first_try.iniLast_Session.ini
Muppet Hunter Posted December 6, 2006 Author Posted December 6, 2006 (edited) Seems like there are a few bugs in 1.2.1. Attached is the last session.ini which is from using 1.0.1 (with an almost identical configuration) which has worked perfectly. Something has been changed between versions which is breaking the whole thing for at least me Setup couldn't find the install files on the CD before and this is a pretty major bug along with the blue screening.Last_Session.ini Edited December 6, 2006 by Muppet Hunter
Muppet Hunter Posted January 5, 2007 Author Posted January 5, 2007 Anyone? There's been two new releases since, have these bugs been sorted out yet? Have they been acknowledged?
