Create user by batch file

How can i create a batch file to create a user on Win XP home?

ok so you take this code and put it in notpad:

net user sherman password /add /expires:never

net localgroup "Administrators" /add sherman

you can edit the name sherman to the name of the account you want and also where it says password change it to your desired password for the account.

save it as a batch file, open it and there you go.
