So I went through and got the backup utility off iwndows xp disc.

i installed it and everything, opened it up, and got all the way thru til it was ready to go. Clicked next for it to start backing upa nd instantly it says 'error could not create files for recovery diskette' or something. id ont kno wats going on here so help woul dbe appreciated :).

did u get backup off a Win XP Pro disk or your XP home disk?
