[Help]Disable Welcome screen but don't use Windows Security dialog

I disabled the Welcome screen in User Accounts options in Control Panel. I like the way it uses standard dialog boxes instead for things like shutting down, but there's a problem. With this disabled, pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete hides all windows and pops up a Windows Security dialog with buttons like Task Manager, Lock Computer, etc. Is it possible to remove this and just have it open Task Manager, while still using the dialog boxes?

just right click on taskbar and click on "Task Manager"

AND

"Ctrl+Shift+Esc"
