November 20, 200619 yr yesterday, I had an AMD x2 4400+ installed and recognized by vista. Today, I have an AMD x2 FX-60 and this is what I see Any suggestions?
November 20, 200619 yr first, its just fx-60 not x2 fx-60second, have you tried a diffrent os? maybe windows xp finds it perfectly okif it really bothers you, you could try a bios update if there is oneor if it really bothers you try reinstalling vista
November 20, 200619 yr Author I didn't ask for help with my terminology..... let me be as anal with it as I can... AMD Athlon 64 FX-60 / 2MB Cache / 2000MHz FSB / Socket 939 / Hyper-Transport / Dual-Core / Processor In addition, I updated bios, looked for vista drivers, and reinstalled vista. Now, I am asking here.
November 21, 200619 yr right click>update driver>search online?tho tbh, it sounds more like a bios error than an OS error..what motherboard do you have?
