db-inf Posted November 11, 2006 Posted November 11, 2006 PS (Pre-scriptum) I seem to be the old-style lengthy-story poster. Sorry, to old to change that.Well,My old dusty brain had a lot of fun trying to master nLite lately. I've let if fabricate some trial XP installation CD-RWs successfully, and now wanted to set the next step: my definitive XP lite CD with all the goodies I can not live without. Surprise, I got only half the expected size for my ISO. After some bewilderment and several new tries, I found out why: everything from and including this file, a 0-byte comment-in-the-filename-file, was omitted:"The 4in1 drivers are the same for all VIA chipsets and all Microsoft operating systems (Win 95, 98, 98SE, 2000, ME & XP). (Last updated 21 December 2001)"No harm done, I can live without. But if anyone by change finds a solution to this quirk, he is welcome.DB-INF
nuhi Posted November 20, 2006 Posted November 20, 2006 From where? Can you please explain the problem little more direct, I don't mean longer just simpler, thx.
Ponch Posted November 20, 2006 Posted November 20, 2006 I bet if you replace that by "4in1 drivers are the same for all VIA chipsets and all MS OS (9x-2K & XP). (Last update 21.12.01)", it will work. It's not your posts that are too long, it's your file names. Using coma is not a good idea either.
