I've many registry tweaks, most of which work, however the below one does not.

;Disable Hibernate
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Power]
"Heuristics"=hex:05,00,00,00,00,01,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,3f,42,0f,00

It is imported during cmdlines.txt from hklm.reg, I have checked the registry it is imported correctly, it just don't appear to be a valid tweak.

If you have this tweak and it's entered into the registry different to the above (successfully), please post it.

in WINNT.SIF use this:

[Unattended]
	Hibernation = No
