Shutdown problem

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have a PC:

Gigabyte GA-7VAX

Athlon XP 2600+

ATI Radeon 9200

1GB RAM

When I shutdown Windows XP SP2 the PC does not shutdown automatically until I move the mouse. I know that´s weird, but it is the only the PC shutdowns. The mouse is a Logitech wireless mouse.

Does somebody have any ideas.

Thanks !!!!

PD. I have other OS installed in my PC, and they do have problems shutting down automatically, so I believe is a hardware/BIOS problem.

Have you tried reinstalling the drivers for the mouse? Does it happen with another mouse?
