Bug in proxy authentication

I'm using WUD 2.23 beta842. I use a proxy (ISA server) with the following settings:

Address: proxy.server1.com (private)

Port: 80

Use authentication: yes

Username: MyDomain\MyUserName

Password: ******

When I click download the window closes and another opens. Then popup a message:

Title: Windows Update Downloader

Message: Errore del server remoto: (407) Richiesta autenticazione del proxy.

I will need to investigate this further... can anyone else who uses authenticated proxy confirm this?

I am using .NET Framework 2.0 w/updates

I can confirm that a regular proxy will work without any problems but I can't find an authenticated proxy to test on.
