Grab some files like shell32.dll, explorer.exe few cpl files etc. cabbed them and replaced with My XPCD source. Installed XP again. Everything is fine except the welcome screen i attached here

logonui.exe, take the one from the CD logonui.ex_ and use 7zip to uncompress it and Replacer to replace the one in your system32 folder

you can change your logon screen with this reg tweak,

put your renamed logonui(new).exe in system32 folder.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
;=======================================================================
; UI Logon
;=======================================================================

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon]

"UIHost"=logonui(new).exe

Remember to backup before playing.

I did it :D Lau's Registry tweak help me. I search this this reg on my patched virtual machine and the reg strins actually points to patched vistaui.exe ( a patched logonui with vista effects) instead of logonui.exe.

I copy that file rename and replace to XPCD .... :thumbup

Thanks all of you.
