http://www.jsiinc.com/SUBN/tip6800/rh6821.htm

To install Plus! for Windows XP on Windows Server 2003:

1. Start / Run / dxdiag / OK.

2. Select the Display tab.

3. Make sure that all the DirectX features are Enabled.

4. Open a CMD prompt.

5. Type:

msiexec.exe /qn+ /i "<CD-ROM Drive:>\Microsoft Plus! for Windows XP.msi"

NOTE: Microsoft does NOT recommend installing Plus! for Windows XP on Windows Server 2003

Didnt work for me though - nor did the Microsoft guide either which is exactley the same. Wonder why they took down the KB article anyways... :)...I guess maybe some people could have been getting confused and thinking 2003 was an ugrade to XP.
