Is there any software that i can install on my PC that can register what other PC's are accessing on my shared folders, that will tell the name of the PC and what it accessed on my PC.

Windows already does this. Open Computer Management by either right-clicking on My Computer or finding it under StartMenu/Administrative Tools.

On the tree, you will find "Shared Folders" with three subfolders that tell you a lot about your shares.

I did like you said, I went to Control Panel then Administrative Tools but there's a few things there. Can you please be more especific to witch one it is? And isn't there any other software that can do it instead of one that comes with WinXP?
