Believe it! It's the first MSN Messenger 6.1 skin... Urban MSN. Based on the Urban MSN Icon set by FOOOD. You can download it from Roland Underground.

P.S: This skin was made with the permission of FOOOD. You can apply a patch to remove the (beta) from the title.
