Audio Latency Software

Anyone know of a free (preferably) Windows audio latency tester? The only one I found, by CEntrance, requires you to sign up for an account which they must approve .

That's just the latency of the DPC to see if your system can handle real-time content. I'm looking for a tool that measures the actual latency of the card itself.
