What about replacing the 32x32 µTorrent icon (that looks horrible when windows uses 48x48 icons) with a nice 128x128 XPized version?

i keep mine in C:\program files\utorrent.exe

Why? The uTorrent installer seems to have a default path. You probably downloaded just the executable.

yeah i did, its smaller!

I usually install it: the installer puts the executable in Program Files\utorrent so it shouldn't be much hard to replace that icon.
