For example you can use REG commands. Go to Unattended > RunOnce page and add them here.

REG usage:

(or just type REG /? )

regedit /S file.reg

also in the runonce page.

But where to copy file.reg...I guess $oem$ folder but haven't tried it...

you may test that with just adding

cmd

as one of the runonce lines...when it opens command line windows you'll see current path.
