devil270975 Posted September 6, 2003 Share Posted September 6, 2003 just in case anyone is interested, the reason you dont need the reg hack is because by default the admin account is not shown on the welcome screen, so if you create a user before you get to the welcome screen then windows will not display the admin account, and as long as there is not a password assigned to the user account windows will auto login, the reason being is that you cannot create a user at the welcome screen and with only one user it is obvious you want to login so it does....HINT::::::: If you want to login in as admin follow these stepslog offpress Ctrl+Alt+Del twice at the welcome screenif there is no user name present type Administrator (case sensitive)then the password you entered for the account Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
