CD jewel case

I have been trying to locate a tutorial to make a jewel case that I can overlay cover art for display in my music player.

Can anybody point me towards a tut they may know of?

They are easily made using an image software. I use photo filtre. Then use another software to resize and print.

I use expressit for this.

Ya, sometimes I tend to get over-zealous and want to "recreate the wheel" when there are much simpler solutions...
