find user passwords on server 2003

i have roughly 40 people setup on my domain server which has windows server 2003. when i'm setting up new machines for the users i have to log in as them in order to setup certain software settings. usually i have to ask for there password or change it myself manualy on the server but this is becoming a pain at times. it there somewhere in server 2003 that will show me what everyone's log on passwords are?

No, passwords are crypted. You could use some passwords cracker like @stake LC4 to find them.

another way would be learn to package your software so that when the user logs on the sftware will install for them and then nothing else is needed.
