hi

i am trying to re install xp onto my computer but before the install begins i need the inital file loading to include the drivers for my promise 100 raid array.

i put the driver.inf files on the disk using the driver integration tool and i have verified they were on the disk

before i tried to install xp but they were not installed pre - windows setup and consequently xp could'nt recognise my hard drive.

any suggestions would be greatfully recieved

thank you

what card is it exactly?

copy your xpcd to C:\xpcd\

extract the driver you want to C:\driver\ (for example -ie, dont place it in xpcd), make sure it has a txtsetup.oem file

use nlite to integrate the driver, as TEXTMODE, select the os you want the driver for, and make sure its the same card model, click ok

should work :)

works 100% for my promise ultra tx2 100
