Removing Registry entries in Batch

Is is possible to remove registry entries, such as the ones in HKey Local Machine >...>Run to stop programs from starting up?

Or even better, to configure msconfig automatically??

you put a Minus (-) like bellow

if you wanted to add just take off the Minus

Sorry, not really experienced with BATCH/Registry entries, but what would I do to remove individual entries, like these to here:

[HKEY...]
Entry 1
Entry 2

I know that i can put a - sign before HKEY, but that would also delete Entry 2, and only want to delete entry 1. How do I do this?? thx ppl

Set the value of the entry to a minus sign:
