PerfectDisk v8.0 Silent Install

I was initially being a dumbass.... I found how to install PerfectDisk v8.0 silently,

so rather than delete this I might as well tell peeps how, even though its very

simple....

Get the "setup.exe"

Open it with WinRAR.

Drag out either x86 (32-Bit version) or x64 (64-Bit version)

Inside that x86 or x64 folder you see "PerfectDisk.msi"

The install command is as follows...

PerfectDisk.msi /quiet /norestart

So easy when you know how

Actually, if you just use keytotime's Tutorial, all you have to do is add 'msistub.exe', and just call on the .msi file by using the text:

;!@Install@!UTF-8!

RunProgram="msistub program.msi /qb-!"

;!@InstallEnd@!

Yes I agree with RaGhul, it wont' work without msistub.exe when .msi installer is involved. Place it in same directory as .msi installer.

I just did a switchless installer for v8.0.0.64 a few hours ago using keytotime's tutorial. No probs!

Incidentally, I think you might also be able to do it by leaving 'setup.exe' in the 7z package, and calling on it instead of the '.msi', thus eliminating the need for 'msistub.exe'. ('Setup.exe' will jump-start the '.msi' file for you.) But 'setup.exe' is kinda whacky, and for some reason doesn't always work for me (before repacking).

I would use the msi method, just to be safe. Tried and true.
