Media player 11 problem!HELPPPP

I am having a serious problem with media player 11. I installed it a couple of days ago and today I noticed that I cannot listen to internet radio. When I tried to uninstall it, it only offered me the possibility to rollback the program. I tried that and then I recieved an error message saying that rollback was unable to continue because certain folders were missing. I reinstalled media player and tried to rollback again with no success. The strange thing is that as much as I searched I havent found anyone on the net having the same problem and for all people the rollback works fine. So I have come to the conclusion that maybe I am having problems because I upgraded my media player from version 9 instead of 10.

Does anyone know anything of how to get rid of it? I allready tried one more uninstaller program without success.

Plus i dont know how to get in touch with microsoft to inform them about the problem. There is a free support phone line but it is only for North America. If anyone knows a way to get in touch with microsoft or lives in the US and can call them I would be most gratefull. :)
