Mike500 Posted August 31, 2003 Share Posted August 31, 2003 Could be that the second drive has a primary partition, while the first drive only has logical drives in an extended partition. This would make the second drive's partition come out as "C:". You can check that with a DOS bootdisk (i.e. one from Win98) and typing "fdisk". If that's really the case, you need to delete the partitions on the first drive and make a primary partition on there. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
