help with using if then else function in VBA

Hoping someone can help me do the following....

I have a macro named "getrawdata" that is already working, however, I would like to use the if then else function to activate this macro depending on a given criteria... in plain english it would look like...

If cell B7 >= cell B5

then display message .."data current"

else cell B7 < cell B5

then run macro "getrawdata"

end

what would be the correct VBA coding for this? and how do I enter this in the workbook??

endif
