spud Posted March 9, 2004 Posted March 9, 2004 try the php installer from http://www.php.net/downloads.phpI know it's the easy way out, but it will configure the php.ini and IIS for you, just sit back and enjoy (thats the theory anyway)

Datalore Posted March 13, 2004 Posted March 13, 2004 I've had nothing but problems trying to get PHP to work with IIS 6 on Server 2003. None of those guides helped, either. AaronXP, how easy is it to use Apache?
Aaron Posted March 13, 2004 Posted March 13, 2004 Quite easy, even though it doesn't have a GUI. All of its options are controlled by a .conf file, which is heavily commented.Installing PHP on Apache is a breeze too

It took me a fraction of the time to get stuff up and running, and I hit no bumps in the road at all. Amazing. Thanks for the recommendation, AaronXP! I now have Invision and other forum software installed, ready to be tweaked.
