dosn't accept my windows serial even though my windows cd was purchased

how can i find what files are needed in $WIN_NT$.~BT

so i can manually search for them???????

When you install Windows, press SHIFT+F10. At the command prompt, type notepad.exe and browse to that location. It's probably on Drive C. Copy/paste from there.
