fizban2 Posted September 4, 2006 Posted September 4, 2006 try reburning a copy of vista to new media, use the slowest speed your DVD burner has. might be an error on the media
KamiQuazi Posted September 4, 2006 Author Posted September 4, 2006 I did that at the lowest speed that my recorder can burn, 2.4x
KamiQuazi Posted September 11, 2006 Author Posted September 11, 2006 RC1 did the exact same error... differnet build same stuff
MagicAndre1981 Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 try to change the memory timings, perhaps they are to agressive
KamiQuazi Posted September 11, 2006 Author Posted September 11, 2006 I ran the upgrade advisior and it said there is a compaitablity problem between Vista and the Creative Labs Sound Card... So I removed thatm but if that doesn't work I'll try your idea...
deda Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 English isn't my native idiom.Believe me! I think there's a problem with data between chipset and processor. Vista use resources beyond XP, so some kind data access that XP and earlier OS don't use (way of access), Vista use it!Stop all!Don't walk on circles, calm down.Write down step-by-step what you're doing.Get answers by right/wrong attempts isn't a good way.Think! heed everything you do... and you'll get it!Good luck!
KamiQuazi Posted September 11, 2006 Author Posted September 11, 2006 Yeah, I removed the card, and it still doesn't work. I just don't understand it...
KamiQuazi Posted September 12, 2006 Author Posted September 12, 2006 I tryied wiping the whole drive clean...
