try reburning a copy of vista to new media, use the slowest speed your DVD burner has. might be an error on the media

I did that at the lowest speed that my recorder can burn, 2.4x

Im gonna try with RC1...

RC1 did the exact same error... differnet build same stuff

try to change the memory timings, perhaps they are to agressive

I ran the upgrade advisior and it said there is a compaitablity problem between Vista and the Creative Labs Sound Card... So I removed thatm but if that doesn't work I'll try your idea...

Believe me! I think there's a problem with data between chipset and processor. Vista use resources beyond XP, so some kind data access that XP and earlier OS don't use (way of access), Vista use it!
