I need some help with my unattended installs. I have created about 6 different unattended .iso's (xp pro no service pack, xp pro sp2, xp pro sp2 with slimmed down install) using k-lite and manually. The problem is that when I test them with MS virtual PC, I get copy errors on every one, including running from my original CD. The files are always different (except to that particular .iso - each .iso has it's own files that won't copy correctly) Can anyone shed some light on why this may be happening? I have a few .iso's that will complete the install even with the copy errors, but I'd rather be safe and make sure that it's right before I trust the new disks. I don't want to be installing something a month from now, and find that I'm missing a component to Windows.

Thanks in advance

In my case, copy errors were due to a bad burn. I always thought the ISO size was suitable to the media size (700 MB). But it wasn't.

I used the "overburn" feature in NERO and haven't got that issue again.
