In short is Sereby VB runtimes cab addon usable on a non-German XP instalation? Thanks in advance.

P.D. I would like to ask the same for the .NET Framework 1.1 + 2.0 one.

the vb runtimes can be used on non german versions of windows. The german language pack is included in the dotnet-Packs. Extract the setup and remove the language pack and replace it with your language, if it is non english
