FireFox default Browser

Featured Replies

Anybody know a registry tweak to set FireFox as default Browser??

Or maybe another way to set it as default..

THe same for Thunderbird..

Firefox.exe -Silent -SetDefaultBrowser

Thanks keytotime, now I remember where I heard it.

Should work for thunderbird with something like

thunderbird.exe -Silent -SetDefaultClient or something.

For Firefox that works great, but the equivalent thunderbird.exe -silent -setdefaultmail leaves a small window open, the batch process is stopped and it does not register as default mail client.

Anyone found a solution for that yet?

Thanks for that, but isn't there anything "not-so-bloody" with hardcoded paths etc?

path... big problem in registry.... mod on your own taste bro....

reg add ..... %programfiles%..... something like this....
