I'm trying to make a patch installer to update the logon screens (logonui, msgina and shell32) to royale and set Royal Full Start Menu as default (I like the thiner lines).

What I'd like to know is, how did you get around the issue of SFC kicking off when you patch system files with XPize?

Use MoveEx.exe. It adds a pending file rename operation in the registry which is completed during system boot.

Just ran a simple batch to test it out, works a treat

Well, it works when you remember to patch uxtheme aswell .
