Do 'Options' choices effect Default User Profile?

Newbie question: Do the selections I make in the 'Options' section of nLite effect the Default User Profile?

In short they effect all user accounts, so yes Default would be it.

Ever since I discovered MSFN recently, which of course led me to nLite, I'm been trying to learn alot. I know enough to 'search' and read, read, and read some more, before I post. But sometimes it's difficult to wade through everything and all I wanted, in this case, was the answer to a very simple, basic question (to which I could not find an answer).
