Enable or disable SFC (Windows File Protection)

Hey guys,

Maybe I'm reading too much into this, but I've thought of it from each angle and just ended up thoroughly confusing myself.

I want to remove SFC. So do I leave the option on 'enabled'? The text says "disable automatic..." - so am I enabling the disabling of SFC? Or should I change the option to 'disable' to disable SFC?

It says enabled is default, which one may assume is the Windows default; but as a lot of people probably disable SFC to ("drastically") speed up the install, maybe you defaulted it to disabled and I'd be re-enabling it...

Sorry. :(
