You're going to want to change this Registry key:

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\Window Title

You may have to create the string value Window Title. Just plug in what ever text you want for your title.

Since it's a current user key make sure that you're logged in as the main user when you make the change.

Make the key in regedit, export it to $OEM$ folder in the root of ur cd, make a new file called cmdlines.txt as well, in cmdlines.txt, put

[COMMANDS]
regedit /s ie.reg

where ie.reg is the reg file u exported.

Try creating a custom IE build with the IEAK from MS. Then call the custom setup from your cmdlines.txt file.

It can be much easier than you think, if you dont use expandable strings.
