I've set up a sample WPI install and I'm getting an error every time I try to run it.

Basically I took an adobe acrobat switchless installer that works outside of WPI and put it in

$OEM$\$1\Install\Applications

called reader.exe

I've put WPI where it was suggested in the install docs under \WPI at the same level as I386

WPI opens up when it's supposed to and the Adobe acrobat reader install goes through all the motions but then I get this error.

It looks to me like it's trying to find the WPI.hta file again and can't. Not sure what the problem is.

Thanks for the help

I`m not an expert but i think that u must put the programs u want to install into \WPI\Install

Although the relation is not straight forward, this bug is related to the corrupted i counters bug mentioned in the 5.1 bugs report thread.

While waiting for 5.2 to be released, please use Sadicq's 1st fix FOR THIS SPECIFIC CASE (only 1 program to install).

If you want to use WPI with more programs (and who would not?), also use either Sadicq's 2nd fix or mine (or both). See the following posts in the above mentionned thread to find them.
