Larkina Posted July 22, 2006 Posted July 22, 2006 I have been currently trying to uninstall my network driver, (Linksys LNE100TX ethernet adapter (LNE 100 TX V4) in order to install my new D-Link DGE-530T 10/100/1000 adapter. Everytime I try to uninstall the network adapter it give me the message that this driver may be neede to reboot the system. Can someone help me with this. Thank you in advance.
mini12 Posted July 24, 2006 Posted July 24, 2006 (edited) Have you tried disabling the driver first, before trying to uninstall, in the device manager?Have disconnected the internet and turned off all third party programs that use the internet? Edited July 24, 2006 by mini12
