Resume from Standby BSOD

Recommended Posts

I'm having a problem with the latest nLite disk I've made.

Everything is working great, except I'm getting a BSOD after resuming from standby. I've never had problems before, even with nLite disks. I'm not sure, maybe it's something I've removed from the system.

"A process or thread crucial to system operation has unexpectedly exited or been terminated."

"*** STOP: 0x000000F4 (0x00000003,0x85 (and so on)"

My preset file is attached for reference.

Any help in diagnosing this problem is appreciated.

Yeah, I was starting to come to that conclusion.

I've made nearly half a dozen different discs, with various options. At first I suspected it was a missing service or the latest RyanVM update pack, so I made a disc to test.

So far, no good. If I find the problem, I'll post it for reference.

I've just tested with a known good XP disc (non-nLited).

My conclusion thus far is that the Omega ATI Radeon drivers have a bug which only affects systems which have not previously had ATI drivers on them.
