Does anyone know when this is created, and why, and are any other keys created under other circumstances, such as aborting, completion, etc?

I need to have a VBScript looping to stay open until WPI is complete. I used to use the presence of the RunOnceEx title to keep the script looping until the apps had installed, but obviously I can't use this anymore.
