Need help with DRIVER.CAB

I want to get a Windows XP Home DRIVER.CAB, take the drivers, and put them on my Windows 2000 CD.

What do I do?

Do I have to edit the DRVINDEX.INF?

Will it mess up my installation?

Is there anything easier (You know a alternative)?

Maybe you should copy the new diles in driver.cab into DRVINDEX.INF to install those drivers.
