How to acquire WinPE 2.0?

How does one get or make WinPE 2.0? I'm a registered MS Partner and also am a beta tester and have the latest vista build. Can it be somehow "extracted" from the Vista DVD?

Goto connect.microsoft.com and participate in BDD 2007 beta.

I believe that it contains the winpe 2.0

WinPE 2.0 is actually the smaller of the two WIM files in the vista files. You need to get the matching ximage.exe to be able to add things to it.
