They've been Pentium 4 machines, with no problems.We just got a Compaq laptop that has Centrino Duo on it, and I'm getting stumped on how to work with the image.I've tried running a standard unattended install, and I get the BSOD. WinPE, same thing.I have to try a normal WinXP install.It gets to the Windows BSOD, with the green loading bar, then goes BSODIs there something special about the chipset? Can I just copy the Intel945 chipset into the $OEM$\drivers folder and add the proper directory to the OEMPreInstall line? dkreifus Posted July 18, 2006 Author Share Posted July 18, 2006 Ok..I found the solution...In the BIOS, there is a setting in System Configuration => Device Configurations.It is SATA Native Mode.
